Build and deploy
Hardware from the Custom AI Build range, a forward-deployed engineer for the first 90 days, guaranteed results. Margin on hardware and build.
Platform licence
Flat monthly fee per client banded by active agents, unlimited human users, capped. Resell keeps a recurring margin; Deliver partners keep more and bill their own services.

What skills do we need?

What about liability?
Every agent action is logged to an owner, access is bounded by position, and nothing goes live without a shadow run and approvals. Scope and responsibilities are written into the partner agreement.
How quickly does it pay?
Readiness is billable in week one. The platform licence starts when the first agents go live, usually inside 90 days, and runs for the life of the agreement.
