Do we need engineers to start?
No. The Resell tier needs two certified sales staff and one live client in year one. We deliver the engineering.
What does the client actually buy?
Hardware they own, a platform licence banded by the agents they run, and services for the first 90 days. Unlimited human users on every band.
Is there a partner fee?
No upfront fee for Refer or Resell. The bar is certification and a live client, not a cheque.
Can we sell outside the UK?
Yes, with the sending, hosting and data-residency rules of that market applied in Readiness. On-premises deployment makes most jurisdictions straightforward.
